mindfulnessThis class is intended for people new to meditation or those who find they are experiencing difficulty in getting a practice of meditation started. In this 2 hours class we will learn two short guided meditations. These are active meditations that help students learn about chakra placement and experiment with feeling the energy of the chakras. The will be discussion about why meditation is helpful in our busy lives and what benefits one can expect from regular meditation.
